The food and service is great. Cleanliness good.

The outside sitting area needs an upgrade

Blow away the leaves and cobwebs

Clean and paint the planter boxes, upgrade the plants ( maybe blue paint to accessorise

the building colour)

The cafe at the Boulevard features great value for money for a dine in meal. Nice clean place with a good menu at reasonable prices. Try their hot dogs yum. They use the local products which I like to see and has an Alfresco dining area that over looks beautiful Encounter Lakes. Dine in or take away, ample parking.
