On the phone I was told that there is no out call fee, but after the plumber inspected my hot water system for 2 min, there was an obligation fee of $165, regardless if I want to proceed with the repair or not, and got to sign the invoice straight away!



The plumber recommended me to change 2 valves at $235 each and he will make it $600 in total. As I was charged already for the out call fee and didnt know the market price I did proceed and job was done within 45min.



After job was done, I asked for quotes from 2 other plumbing companies and both companies told me that the each valve will cost $80 and in total it will cost me between $250 to $350 in total (depending on the time the plumber spend)



Was extremely upset with the price and went to complain with the manager. The respond that I got was that Pascoe guarantee that the job is done properly & done on the same day!! Wow...?? as if the job will not be done properly with other plumbers!!!



SUMMARY: They encourage you to do unnecessary jobs and they overprice the parts. They have a well planned strategy to extract the max money!! They just take advantage of people who doesnt know much about plumbing!! Stay away and save money and frustration!!!

Amazing, fast service at a reasonable price! Great old fashioned customer service at its best. Would highly recommend them and we will without hesitation use them again and again!

I had Pascoe's quote for a replacement hotwater system - our old one had broken down so we were fairly anxious about having it replaced urgently with a new one. The guy that came out to quote said his quote was probably the best we would get anywhere. Later on we found out it was actually close to double what other reputable plumbers do the same job for. The plumber who came out to do the job came out hours late - no explanation or apology for that. He did not do all the work specified (such as taking away everything from the old heater and taking away the large amount of packaging rubbish from the new heater). He still insisted I fully pay for the job before he left though. Also, I really object to him and his apprentice just using my microwave to heat up their lunches and using my toilets to have craps without asking me first. No respect at all for me or my home. Use this company to give you a quote, but also get quotes from other companies - which for sure would have to do better work and more cheaply too.

Previous experience with this company was good with reasonable rate charged to replace a HWS. However, I would not recommend them again after the last experience in July, where instead of first doing a pressure test to ascertain if there was even a leak in the water pipes in the shower wall, the plumber advised servicing brand new taps and then doing a pressure test. Being stressed about other things, even though this didn't sound quite right, I let him go ahead. It was only after he'd left that I realised what was bothering me was that I knew he should have pressure tested first. Taking advantage of people who would mostly not know any different, is disgusting. The fixed price may sound good, but $200 to reseat and lube a couple of O rings is well above what it would cost on the old call out system where there is a call out fee that covers the first 15 mins or so. An email of complaint received no response. One star is too much.

dreadful dreadful experience. Management need to learn a lot about PR skills. Debited my account and six weeks before job done and somehow my fault! Would not touch them with a ten foot pole. Ive had issues with a leaking hot water system. Hard water appears to have eaten away at the anode and heating element. Pascoes team were excellent on the phones, and they arrived when they said they would. Their current promotion was great too, and online booking was so easy and convenient. Thanks to the tradie involved, and the staff for their help!

I had water coming from my pipes under my kitchen sink and it had flooded half my kitchen. I called and spoke to a really nice young lady who sympathized with me, made sure I'd turned my mains off and organized a plumber to come out that same afternoon. The burst pipe was fixed in no time and the plumber was even nice enough help me mop up some of the torrential flood that occurred! I would definitely recommend these guys if you need a plumber.

Booked for a quote and same day job. Guy showed up, didn't want to do the job, I'm guessing cause it's a Friday and he would prefer to be at the pub, said he was too busy. Told us we needed a plumber to put in a bath. We thought that was ridiculous and said well do you do that and then he said nah a tiler needs to do it. Huh? You just saif a plumber had to do it. Spoke to Jarrod the supervisor who also originally booked the job. He didn't care. We've only used these guys once before and they did illegal plumbing work not to WA legal standards and we had to threaten to dob them in just to get them out to fix it. Don't waste your time.

I called them about a bath tap that had come completely off. They were able to come out the same day, which was great. The guy that came around was friendly and replaced the tap in about 15 minutes. Fastest service I've ever got from a trade. They'll definitely be my first call if I have anymore plumbing issues.

I have used Pascoes twice and both times work was carried out promptly. I would recommend them as plumbers.
