OMG by far the worst car buying experience of my 55 years

I went to look at a vehicle at young’s vic park they had advertised on car sales, my appeal to this vehicle was it had some very valuable and desirable extras installed onto the vehicle. I went to view the vehicle and I was happy with the condition of the vehicle and that it had the advertised valuable extras on it. I did an offer and acceptance, specifying on the offer and acceptance that the expensive ad on’s were on the vehicle as well as my wife and I both mentioning to the salesman several times that those extras were one of the main reason we were buying the car, my offer was almost the full asking price that the vehicle was advertised for and they agreed. I then had a contract done with the valuable additions written in the contract that Youngs and I signed. Youngs vic park Insist that you pay for the car in full and the money cleared in there bank account before you can pick up the car so you can not pick it up with a bank check but I have looked over the car and it looked good and the extras are on the contract, so I paid in full the following day. Two days later I was told the car was ready to go, when I went to pick the car up all The valuable extras had been removed off the car and standard parts put there in place, when I told them that they had no right to remove parts from the car because they removed them after the contract was signed and the parts belonged to me at that stage and they were on the offer and acceptance and the contract they apologised and said they will sort it out immediately. Days of arguing, gaslighting lying by every one I spoke to there, in the end I was told they were not gonna return the valuable items they had removed or discount the price one cent and it’s a take it or leave it situation. At that point, I did not want to do business with these people. I did not want to give them my money and I wanted nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they have shown that honesty is not something they use in their business practices and after arguing with them so long to try and get them to do the right thing, I knew I had no hope of getting a refund out of them so I was forced to accept their vehicle as it was.

This Has been one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had dealing with any company in my life not only will I never step foot on young’s vic parks car yard again I will never purchase another vehicle from a car yard.

I would not recommend Young’s Vic Park to anybody, I’ve given them one star, if I could, I’ll give them none.
