Barr's Plumbing & Gasfitting

Barr's have done a number of jobs for me now, from replacement of guttering to small jobs like and leaking toilets and replacement of taps. I understand that these small and fiddly jobs, of necessity, are scheduled around other jobs. However, I have found them to be reliable and prompt. I have been happy with the service provided.

Very unhappy with service. Called in the morning in need of leaking tap repair. Said they would come in the afternoon as being busy. Fair enough. Wait around in the afternoon. Get a call saying wont make it. And to make it for next morning. I have work then so it had to be at 7am which was agreed on. That morning 7:40 still no show. I call n has no idea why n said will call me back. Come ten minutes later I call again as have to go to work soon. N cancel. Huge waste of time.
