St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland

Always loved this store but the one time I was served by a young adult, I was overcharged and when I called up to get it fixed that same worker just said "I'm pretty sure I discounted everything" it's a charity store so I would not have complained unless I knew I was overcharged. Nothing they can do to fix it apparently because she's "pretty sure" she didn't make a mistake. Everyone else I've encountered there has been extremely professional and well trained but I am very disappointed to have been over charged and then have the worker refuse to take responsibility.
