They spend 30 to 35 minutes checking my unit & told me it was not repairable. They then offered me a "special deal" to supply & install a replacement unit for $2,420. After I said no, I was then charged $264 for the 35 minutes they spend looking at the unit. I then went online & purchased a comparable unit for $695 & spent 30 minutes installing it myself.
