I would like to thank Vic and the rest of the ASV team for supplying the rear bumper for my BMW 7 series. I searched for over 12 months to find the part and finally ASV sourced the part.I believe it’s the only one of it’s kind available in Australia.So it’s a big thanks to the ASV team and a big thanks for the help as it’s much appreciated. To expensive, long waiting time. After I wait 1hour for one manual book that ben sold to me $88, on my question why I'm writing to long, the staf I believe was manager told me if you don't want to wait just go we don't have it.

Definitely I will not recommend anyone to visit this place.

This was sadly the worst customer service experience I have ever had to endure! So much so I've taken to the internet to write my first ever review! All levels of management were condescending and rude. The "CEO" was disinclined to have a civil conversation and continued to swear unprofessionally! ...I took my business elsewhere I'd rather pay more for genuine parts and service ! Wouldn't even give this "business" one star.
