After being a LOYAL customer and spending thousands of dollars over a span of 7 years, I will no longer be using this supplier for my salon or home clients. They have absolutely no loyalty to their customers and their only concern is ripping customers off. Extension price has gone up and quality has gone down. The staff members are less than friendly and certainly do not belong in customer service.
