This seller was supposed to send me a replacement NVMe SSD Drive, but since the parcel was poorly packaged, it's either the seller did not put the drive in the parcel and has been dishonest or someone has tampered with it and stole the drive during transit.

The seller was unwilling to help and the customer service does not care, customer service thinks I'm the one who's being dishonest.



Ask yourself this question = How can they post an expensive drive by poorly packing it and not insuring it as well? I have shopped with many different computer shops before, and JW Computers is definitely the worst! Buyer beware! You've been warned.

Remember to keep it fair,I did order online 8 days ago ( my order no. 11415) and last Saturday I made a call to ask about my order and I have wasted more than 25 minutes on phone to get anyone of your staff(online orders) to answer my call but NOTHING, I called Villawood store to ask why no one answering my call he said no working there on Saturday .
IF so, why you didnt put voice message to say that, why you waste your customers time, it means you dont respect your customers.
This morning I have a got a call from your customers service he said to me your order will delay 2 weeks I said I can wait no problem but please dont waste my time again and to get after 2 week to say we cant make your order, YOU absolutely wasting our time.
Finally I have to say to you
Dont play around with your customers, it means you dont respect your customer, shame on you
