I do NOT recommend this company. Very poor communication when it comes to issue that arise. Want money for work not completed. Fall back on vague terms that they manipulate to any situation. Found some rocks/concrete under the tree roots when grinding, they wont complete the grinding but still expect me to pay full price and then pay additional for someone else to come out and finish the grinding. Dropped so many large branches onto my fence but told me that because the tree hung over the fence that it was bound to happen and its not their fault the fence was damaged. They caused damage to a small garden retaining wall as well as to my clothes line, I addressed this in an email on the same day the tree was cut down, but didn't hear back from them until I emailed telling them I would withhold the payment for the stump grinding till they communicated with me about the damage. I begged Acclaim to come out and assess it for themself and resolve the issues and was refused and met with hostility, bullying and threats. I've had to get another company in, they confirmed its not completed, and to quote to finish the stump grinding, i emailed Acclaim and offered to pay Acclaim the difference but they declined, still threatening me. Not a nice person, dodgy practices, wont stand behind his work. Don't waste your time dealing with this company, save the headache and threats. More than happy for anyone to message me for proof of damage, his threats etc. I have nothing to hide, I tried to resolve this but Acclaim is not interested. I've also had my review deleted from their Facebook page and been blocked. I wonder how many other honest reviews have been deleted. They then went after my husbands business and gave him 1 star google reviews, a business they have nothing to do with and had no dealings with what so ever. Since posting a review here and other places I received an email from Acclaim asking for me to agree to my previous proposal (prior to the reviews, the one that they declined) and to take down or alter my reviews in favour of them. I emailed back and requested they remove the fake reviews from the business page, apologise for their behaviour and threats, and work out an appropriate renumeration for damaged caused and remaining work to be completed. They have declined and sent my account to debt collection. I wont pay for a service I didn't get.



If you decided to use these clowns and disregard my review, that's cool. Just make sure you are there when they are, and document everything because Acclaim clearly likes to bend the truth in their favour.



Happy to share all photos and videos of them causing the damage as well as the conversations where I ask multiple times to resolve this issues and get nothing but threats and being called stupid.
