RSPCA Black Cat Café

Very disappointed. One very RUDE staff member left a lasting opinion of the RSPCA. Lack of knowledge and their own personal opinions left my partner and me very insulted and now having no time or support for the organization. A bad experience will spread quicker than a good one. The one star is being generous.
