Elite Cleaning

I had this company come into clean my investment property - they didn't need to do a full clean just a handful of items and with three people working six hours (18 hours in total) they could not complete the five items requested but did do others that were not requested. Damaged items outside - and they weren't asked to do anything outside! One staff member was very unprofessional and didn't know the difference between black grout and mould. Very expensive lesson!!!

Have a look at the photos of our house after a 'Deep Clean' by Elite Cleaning. This was the day before new tenants moved in. Elites' response to our complaints was we didn't allow them to rectify the situation. Der. We had tenants moving in and had to urgently re clean the entire house ourselves before they moved in. BEWARE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE. I hired Elite Cleaning Wagga to do a one off clean of my house, giving them a very specific list of things I wanted them to do. The job was done very poorly, and when I asked them to rectify it, I was given a number of ridiculous excuses. Eventually, the cleaners returned to the house to “fix” the problem. However, I ended up having to re-vacuum the house myself, and the photo below shows what my vacuum picked up after the cleaners had cleaned the house TWICE. I asked them to return the $400 I paid them, and they subsequently ignored my attempts to contact them. Very disappointing. Stay away!
