I carefully selected Gentle Giant for my end of lease carpet cleaning because they were recommended by my Real Estate Agent - Ray White; whom indicated that there would be no issue with my Bond refund if I used their services. I found Chris to be prompt and diligent in responding to my query and in providing a quote. Throughout our dealings he was polite and professional Our communication indicated that he was thorough and this was borne out by the excellent job he did. I am pleased to say; I received my bond back in full. I cannot recommend Gentle Giant highly enough.

Chris was extremely professional. We have used him for several years over three different properties. He is always accommodating of our emergency cleaning requirements (eg cats sick) and was even available within half a day's notice for an unexpected house move carpet clean.
