Geoff was engaged to investigate and remediate a serious of defects within our strata block. As you can appreciate it is often difficult to diagnose problems and have unity within a body corporate. Geoff was very thorough in his scope, project managed the Builder and addressed all site problems to completion. All the issues have been resolved and we are highly satisfied with the work

I hired this company to investigate and report my building/unit defects. They noted some cracked tiles in my bathroom which was the main issue in my unit but neglected to write it in the report.
I contacted them many times to ask to fix it they continuously ignored me. As a consequence the builder didnt address this problem as it was not in the report. Needless to say I am very unhappy with their service I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone so if you have the option; hire someone else!
