I paid $1,668.15 on 16 January 2025 and still have not received an itemised receipt, despite requesting it multiple times. The company also damaged the clinic’s couches during their process and have not taken responsibility or repaired them. The staff member, Jeffrey, repeatedly promised to fix the issue but failed to attend scheduled appointments and didn’t communicate cancellations. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the company, but management has not responded. Extremely disappointed and escalated this matter under NSW consumer law.
