All Septic Services

I bought a house 6 months ago in July. Found an invoice in my letterbox shortly after. Phoned and emailed them to say I don't want their services. Recently found another one dated 22 December. On the 25th of December I found my septic pump not working. Had to get it replaced at a cost of $900. You have entered my property without permission or knowledge then suddenly my pump fails? Seems like a big coincidence right?
