Wallan Veterinary Clinic

I have never been so upset and disgusted in my life. We just lost our Aussie bulldog to a heart heart this evening and I was instructed to take her to Wallan 24 hour vet so she could be picked up in the morning for cremation from the pet funeral service establishment. I spoke to the Wallan vet on the phone an hour earlier and said that I was going to bring our dog around after my wife, our 13month old and I said our goodbyes. I then took our dog there after we put our upset baby to sleep and it was 20 minutes after 8pm. Once there the absolute uncaring woman at the door would not let me in saying they were closed and that I should of come earlier. Firstly I didn’t know that a 24 hr vet closes and secondly the girl I spoke to on the phone never said anything about them closing soon. Now for a place not to give a care in the world about an animal which they only care about making money off. The most upsetting thing about this is that made me so upset and angry was she told me to dump my dog at the back door and they can collect it later. You should be shut down and not part of our community. No one ever take your pets here please.
