Gave us a 14 day Termination Notice for breaching a clause of our lease which was crossed out. Refused to revoke the order when shown this.

We rented a "pet friendly" property only to find a year and a half on that the owner was never told we had pets, never wanted pets on the property and wants us out for that reason.

It is impossible to get through to anyone higher up than the agent who talks over the top of you, is offensively cracking jokes about the situation and cares nothing for the plight of a woman with Multiple Sclerosis who has just has major surgery.

How do these people even have jobs?

STAY AWAY!!!

Very unfriendly staff, reluctant to bother making an appointment to view rental property. I told them I had recently sold my house and needed a place to stay before deciding where next to buy.
Was told the acting agent will, 'call you sometime early next week'. I'd be curious to know how promptly they act when something does go wrong with a rental property under their contract.

I'd hate to be the landlord leasing through them, or buying and selling property with them.
