A huge thank you to the amazing pharmacist at Simply Pharmacy Wallsend for going above and beyond to make sure I could obtain the medication I needed! No other chemist goes to the level of care these guys do. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!

There is no way to leave zero stars so one will have to do. Since moving to the area we have come to this pharmacy several times. Each time, the service is exceptionally slow. Slower than slow. So slow that you'd assume they are triple checking every single letter. But they are not - after being dispensed incorrect medications, we've called it a day and will not attend this pharmacy again. The staff are rude, in particular the girls taking prescriptions in. So if you want to be treated like dirt, then wait minimum 25 minutes (the shortest wait we have had in 12 months) for the incorrect medication? This is your pharmacy. If you want excellent service, correct medications and minimal fuss, go to one on the main street, or try either of the two in Jesmond.

If I could give half a star I would. Simply is a great name. Simply unhygienic, simply rude, simply inefficient and I simply will never use again.

Absolutely terrible service from the dispensary - really rude attendants.

After waiting 10 minutes we asked if they know how long it would be, so see if we could get other shopping etc - their response was "it'll be ready when it's ready"

When paying for the prescriptions - both were double the price we normally pay. We questioned it and there response was "Its made now so you have to pay the bill - I don't care whether you take it or chuck it out"

Go to Chemist Outlet on Nelson Street, Wallsend - Instead of $18.50 Simply charged me, I could have bought the same thing for $9.95.

To their credit - the store manager was great when I called later - really helpful and apologetic and provided a partial refund.

Their staff are really letting them down....

I've had two bad experiences with this pharmacy now. The customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time.
