No More Nudie Windows

This is what you get when you as for you ask for Ziptrack blinds!!! The whole point of getting Ziptrack is to have it sun/wind/rain/INSECT proof! As you can see, with this amount of gap at the top these blinds are no where near insect proof.



In October 2020 I got fooled by the positive comments on their Facebook page and they finally came and installed our Ziptrack blinds in Feb 2021 the most basic brackets which you get with typical roller blinds. When I questioned where the hood was, they say this is what it is, there’s no other option Ziptrack offers and we can install the flashing ourselves.



I also questioned why the blinds didn’t stop midway and they said the stoppers damage the blinds and that’s why they don’t install them.



Once they left I rang the Ziptrack head office to question about the hood and stoppers and they said they do have those options and there are no issues installing the stoppers whatsoever and they should stop midway. They told me they get a lot of complaints from people who engage companies to install their blinds who are not approved Ziptrack installers.



One month later the 2 out of 3 of our blinds kept getting stuck and difficult to pull up and down.



I rang Tony back numerous times and he never answered or returned my calls. I will be contacting the ombudsman as this is unacceptable behaviour and shows what type of a dodgy business they run. I have 2 words for those who think of engaging these frauds in any type of business - STAY AWAY!
