Absolutly unhappy, i did not get what i ordered, no communication, no option given, bad after service. The blinds look horrible $2000 and i have a big gap in the middle, because they did not give me a full blind, you can see right into the house. They will not fix it, are not accountable. Then on top of that they DEMAND FULL PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY, OR THEY CANCELL YOU INSTALLATION DATE. They are the worst business to deal with. I should have gone with Westral or the Blind Gallerie, both have good products. 6 weeks later and I am still trying to get what i ordered. Measurements were wrong. Bedroom blinds wer measured wring, I had to tell the i staller how best to i stall the blinds so I would not have a 10cm gap in the corner. So u happy. If I could give a 1/4 star I .would

Absolutely fantastic service and blinds. I love my textured roller blinds. Wish i had of done it sooner.

Just had an outdoor blind fitted, not happy with job as I didn't get what I asked for ie. Part blind wrong colour, sun beams in gap where fitted at the top and doesn't sit flush with exisiting structure. Total amount had to be paid by install date and blind was not measured correctly so was not installed. It was 3 and a half months from order date to final install with a constant change of date, time and fitter. Was a very stressful experience. Never Again!!!!
