Recently as the Marketing Manager for five organisations, I was subject to an unprofessional, demeaning and uncomfortable phone call by the female owner due to taking 'too long' to finalise a purchase order and for asking too many questions about a service that we were investing quite a lot financially in, which she clearly stated was an inconvenience to her. We were a paying customer with nine vehicles requiring vehicle signage and after questioning the price of a quote, due to lack of detail provided, as is my right, I was verbally attacked and belittled over the phone. I do not recommend dealing with this company if you are looking for 'acceptable' customer service. A refresher training course on customer service is strongly needed for this business.
