I was very impressed with Ian who came and did the quote for our sectional door. Whoever did the measureing also did a top job, unfortunately it was all down hill from there.
We had to pay half of the cost of the door upfront, it took well over a month and many e-mails to receive the invoice.
We were told the door would be installed in 3-4 weeks, it took almost two months.
The door itself is a really good product but the infill panels were so thin that we spent half a day bracing and capping it so that it would stand up to the easterly winds we get.
It has taken three weeks to receive the final invoice in the mail.
Start to finish dates are 10/01/14 - 31/3/14.
I found the lack of communication frustrating and almost negligent but we are happy with the finished product.
