RIP off sharks. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Tried to charge me $550 for Diagnostics they did not do. Their consultant Jordan, was completely full of explanations and justifications for their charges, and straight faced explained the diagnostics was taking such a long time as my car had numerous codes at fault. I then pointed out that my car was still sitting in the car park....so he came up with another reason for this (other than the truth which is simply that they charge their loyal customers for nothing)! They had not even commenced Diagnostics at this stage, but were still planning on charging me. The only reason they did not, is because I refused to pay. This is certainly not the experience I was expecting, and the entire experience left me extremely disappointed.

Such a disgraceful way to do business West Coast BMW Wangara....even your Service Department wreaks of 'used car salesman' at your premises.

To their loyal clients - please, do yourself a favour and go to an alternate dealership.
