We called Will on a Sunday and he was at our place within 2 hours. He diagnosed the fault as defrost heater which needed to be sourced the following day. As we needed the fridge to work that evening for a party, he manually defrosted the fridge for us so it would work that night. Returned the following Tuesday to fit the new defrost heater and has worked perfect since. Will went over and above for us, and we would highly recommend him.

Will contacted me after I advertised through Hipages. He came the same day and diagnosed the problem straight away. Will organised to get the part and a deposit was paid. Will came back with the part and fixed the fridge. Will was a lovely chap, knowledgable in his field of work and told a few great stories (should write a book!). I recommend him!

We had a man named Will come out to repair our refrigerator, he contacted us through hipages. He has not finished the job and has left the fridge in a worse state after damaging the valve at the bottom of the fridge. Damaging the valve means we can’t use the in-built water system because no water line can be fed through. Initially, we paid a $110 call-out fee (normal) where he tried to identify the issue. Believing he did, he left to purchase parts and would come back in 2 weeks.



When he arrived the 2nd time with the parts, he would attempt to fix it, however he would damage the valve at the bottom of the fridge. He would then leave, and did not ask for any further payment.



He arrived a 3rd time this morning, still unable to fix the original issue and the damage he caused to the valve. He would again, walk away from the job unfinished, leaving our fridge in a poorer state with no compensation. He says he will not return. During this final meeting, he was argumentative and irate, and began to blame his mistakes on the manufacturing brand and us (for some reason). We are now down $110 dollars with a fridge with two issues. Avoid this company.

Will is an expert in his field, he fixed my fridge years ago and it's still going strong, so I had no hesitation in ringing him when my split system went down. He pinpointed the issue very quickly and had it up and running again in no time. I told him I enjoyed a punt, he gave me some mail, which delivered, so in the end I got my split system fixed and I was able to pay his very reasonable invoice with the winnings and enjoy a few bob extra. I also offered Will to sit down and have a beer with me after he finished his job, and I whilst I could see he was keen, he advised that he had several other jobs to complete for the remainder of the day, so he polietly declined. Overall, Will was the ultimate professional and I would not hestiate to book him again if required.

Fixed my fridge and was able to get me the part same day as I had family gathering the following day.

Will was prompt and attended to my freezer that was not freezing even on a Sunday. He diagnosed the issue and explained the caused to us. He returned the next day frothing in the morning with parts and fixed it. His fees was reasonable and we happy with his service.

Will was great at fixing my Fridge. He followed up with the parts a few days later and we had our fridge up and running. Whilst he was, here we asked about our Dryer as it was playing up. He fixed this too. I am super happy with the jobs he has done and would recommend Will to anyone including my family and friends
