One Agency Zhu Property

Dishonest and unprofessional. They lied to get us to sign our lease, property extremely over priced, falsely advertised, told us prop had been professionally cleaned but LIED , repairs promised at inspection months later still fails to meet minimum standards

Agents refuse to reply to any correspondence so in the process of taking them to VCAT . This is how our property was handed over to us, despite many req I was forced to pay for removal myself 3 months after moving in.

Home Owners Beware! Where to start, first of all the agency is uncontactable via phone, no one answers the phone or returns any calls or messages left making it impossible to reach the staff keep this in mind if you're considering using this agency for selling or leasing, the second most concerning issue is the incredibly poor state of maintenance they perform on their properties. Several issues in our property which were never attended to or repaired so poorly and incorrectly it left permanent structural internal damage, where the tenant reported a water leak they sent an unqualified handy man to simply patch up the wall !!! no attention to the internal water leak at all!! they also told the tenants who reported electrical issues in the house that "they were being difficult and a lease renewal would not be possible" if they kept raising genuine concerns, absolutely unprofessional behaviour and negligence on their behalf. Avoid at all costs!

I rented a house through one agency Wantirna as a tenant! Disgusting I was abused threatened and bullied by the Owner of the business! We only ever reported issues with the property that we couldn’t repair on our own (roof leaking, light switch broken, power point seized due to roof leak, back deck unstable) was told we were “pushy” Our dishwasher broke and instead of fixing it they returned with you have 90 days to get out ( also while evictions are not allowed due to covid 19) and the lease didn’t end for 4 months. Tried everything they could to keep our bond wouldn’t fix a window that was a fire hazard! Emailed and asked us if it was ok to do a private inspection due to covid 19 they then preformed an open house even called people while at the property to come and look! No sanitisation nothing!! They are horrible to deal with the owner of the Wantirna office is horrible and abusive I would never go near this agency ever again! Such a disappointment!
