This company is an absolute joke. They took my window frame without proper consent or communication while I wasn’t even home, leaving my family windowless for almost two weeks. My household includes a level 3 autistic child who has been left unsafe and vulnerable the entire time, not to mention the bushfire smoke that has filled our home because they couldn’t do their job. We’ve even been left uninsured against break-ins, and they don’t seem to care in the slightest.
I called countless times asking for a simple quote or update, and every time, the receptionist was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional—she would just brush me off and never follow through. Her response was always the same: “We’ll call you back,” but of course, no call ever came. When I finally said, “No, stay on the phone—I need my quote or frame back today,” she had the audacity to accuse me of being rude. For what? Stating the obvious truth that they never follow through? Asking for basic service? Instead of solving the problem or taking responsibility, they insulted me! The level of absurdity here is mind-blowing.
Let’s not forget that they failed to arrive on time for our scheduled appointment and showed up late when I was about to leave for my 4 PM dental appointment. They didn’t communicate at all about their lateness. This resulted in them taking my window frame without permission, leaving me stranded and unable to secure my home for almost two weeks.
To make matters worse, they made my boyfriend (not the homeowner) believe that I had agreed to them taking my window frame while I was at my appointment. This was not our arrangement. I asked for a simple quote, not to be left without a window, unable to fix it with another professional company.
If you’re considering using this company, save yourself the frustration. They’re not just incompetent—they’re absurdly bad at every level.
