Over the course of the day they sent 3 service vehicles to attempt to reconnect my power supply. The first guy couldn't fix it but almost left before I reminded him to reconnect the wires in the fuse box that he'd disconnected for testing. The second guy disconnected and tested the fuse box (again) and also under the house, but still couldn't fix the problem. He overlooked reconnecting a junction box under the house so, when Ausgrid did fix the problem and restore power, my troubles still weren't solved. That's when Custom Electrics sent a third service vehicle, reconnected the offending junction box (when I it pointed out) and the long saga was finally over. The manager was going to get back to me "in a few days" to ensure I was satisfied with their service, but the only subsequent contact has been when they sent me an account!!
I usually only submit reviews when I'm very pleased with a product/service or very displeased. I won't be using their services again and couldn't recommend them to anyone.
A time-consuming, frustrating and expensive exercise.
