NewAge Air Conditioning

Jason came out to give us a quote. I called him the next day to book it in and reception said he was out of the office and would call me back. Two days later, nothing. I called them back and again, out of the office but my name was top of the list for a call back that afternoon. Three days later, nothing. I called them back and I was told he would call me that day. Nothing. I called another company, got a quote, booked them in and Air-conditioner was supplied and installed within a few days. New Age is unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone.

My air conditioner broke down, so they came out and said they had fixed the problem for $205.They ripped me off they never fixed it.When I rang them to say it's still not working, l was threatened if l don't pay the bill they will put me on bad credit. I was horrified.

Surprised these people are still in business. Installed ducted for us 10 to 15 years ago and had nothing but trouble with it. Five year warranty and upon our first call out was told that is not covered by warranty. They had to push a button and charged us $150. Getting it replace now. Not by them.

Excellent service from first quote to installation. The fella who came to give us the quote listened to what we wanted and offered a system that achieved that rather than simply trying to sell us the solution simplist for them. We now have a fully ducted and very quiet system through both floors of our house where others were trying to tells us mutilple splits would be the way ti go, and the price was a lower than the alternatives. The lads that came to do the install were polite, hard working and had the whole system installed and running with 7 hours and left the house clean and tidy afterwards. We would happily recommend them.

We received lots of quotes and New Age Air were the cheapest by far and they offered us a better solution to the ducting we originally asked for. We ended up going with 2 Mitsubishi Electric split systems which are nice and tidy units. On the day of installation the guys worked extremely hard in 40 degree heat and I am extremely happy with the result. Also, thank you to Aneta in the office who was also very helpful.

The office staff where very helpful and Jason was pretty practical by offering us a second hand unit given that our office complex will be demolished in 2 to 3 year, however...

Jason told us that they could get the install before Christmas, but when we called to confirm the quote just a couple of days later, we got told that it was no longer possible so we got given an early January install date instead.

The day before the installation, I called to confirm that we were still on (because of bad weather), and I got told that Jason was going to call me about it. I never got a call, so after a couple of days I called again to find out when the job could be done, given that our install date had passed. Once again I got told that Jason was looking into it, but I never got a call from Jason, so once again I called them... the scheduler was surprised that nobody contacted me, and she agreed to call me back with an install date. I was then given an install date that was MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AFTER my early January date, not to mention that all up it was 6 weeks after when we were first supposed to have it installed. Given no other option, I regretfully accepted the new date, but I informed them that I was not impressed that our install was practically put to the back of the queue.

To add to the above, when I started looking further into the job requirements, it turned out that the correct procedure was to apply for a permit with council to be able to lift the outdoor unit to the roof (with a mini crane), yet NewAge Air was not planning for that. In other words, there was a fair chance that on the day of the install, the building managers would have suspended the job due to the lack of the required permit. If that would have happened, I would have been furious with NewAge Air for putting us in that position without our knowledge and consent.

Displeased with the evident lack of professionalism and interest for our business, I cancelled the job and went else where.

Jason and Clay are legends. Same day friendly service and reasonable prices, can't ask for more. They went out of their way to accommodate us and squeeze us in to a busy schedule. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.................thanks boys

Jason came out to our new place to help us with getting a new split system unit. He gave us great advice and information. Installation was organised without any problems and the technicians did a fantastic job and didn't leave on speck of mess inside or out. The office team were also more than happy to help when we had questions. I highly recommend these guys. Excellent customer service from beginning to end

This company installed a new Mitsubishi split system air conditioner for me last week. Jason supplied the quote, which was very reasonable, and he was helpful, professional and punctual for our appointment.

The two young men who installed the system did an excellent job in difficult circumstances, due to an older style air conditioner requiring removal and repairs to the wall. They completed the work efficiently, cleaning up and taking the old system with them which was a great bonus that I did not expect.

Jason had given me the name of a plasterer who could patch the wall inside the house and he also did an excellent job.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone with air conditioning requirements.
