Panda Kitchens

Had a mediation/hearing at NCAT yesterday. I agreed to settle on a figure that still left me out of pocket and had to get a new kitchen however Panda Kitchens would ONLY agree if I removed all my posts from social media. I did not agree. I believe that the wrong thing has been done by me and Panda Kitchens have contacted other people that I have had dealings with and knew so much information about me that is scarey. I believe this is an invasion of my privacy and feel I have been stalked by Panda kitchens. Trying to defaming me does not take the focus away from the fact that I have a defective Kitchen that is unsafe to use. I am hoping that justice from the tribunal once the case is heard next year will prove that I have a defective kitchen. Luckily it was agreed that the installer and the stone mason are not at fault and I withdraw my complaint against these 2 innocent people.

What a nightmare dealing with Panda Kitchen. They got all the measurements wrong. We have been chasing them since April.
Had no problem taking our money but have not provided us with what we paid for.
Parts of the kitchen does not meet Australian standards and the contractors that they give you " A LIST" to choose from are not licensed. Any part that needs to be replaced has to come from China.
I would never used them again. The buck passing and the confusion continues.The lack of communication between them is just incredible. I have been chasing my tail . Splash back is still not installed due to safety issues. Range hood not connected. Months and months of wasted time and good chance we will end up in court.
I would not go near this company.Please check everyone's license on Fair Trading Website as Panda is just a supplier that works with unlicensed installers.
