      Catherine Lewis gained her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 1994, and then went on to study Clinical Aromatherapy , Aromatic Medicine and recently advanced Bowen Therapy. Currently working in Warragul and Neeram South previous to this was co-owner of The Holistic Centre Warragul for 12 years.

      Pain management is important, helping clients with a variety of techniques using analgesic essential oils, remedial massage, bowen therapy and IFAS oxygen treatments. Current research is beginning to validate what clients already know about Remedial massage & Bowen Therapy it is based on the ability of the body to naturally heal itself through physical and emotional balance, reducing stress, anxiety and improving flexibility and movement.

      I have been seeing Catherin for many years now. I would highly recommend her if you have any ongoing chronic pain or just want to feel like you have a brand new body! I work physically in my jobs and need to have all the muscles and tendons working at their full capacity. You will not be disappointed, Catherine is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing.

      Hi have know Cathy for bout 10 years I have had a bad back but with support I have managed to keep on my feet and improve with help from Cathys massages which are great and wife loves them too thanks for your support hope we can beat this and they are a great help thanks Leigh and Leesa
