This review is for their Drouin store, which has refused to honour its own refund policy, breaching their own terms and conditions and consumer law. You’d think for a $20 product especially, they would prefer to retain business than to have a customer stuck with an unusable item and no intention of returning to the store in the future. Please update your policy to reflect the truth, which is that you don’t care about the rights of your customers.
