Totally incompetent admin staff cause needless distress to customers when they cannot get something as simple and as crucial as a date right when discussing important history with customers. I cannot tell you how upset these people made me for no good reason other than they have no idea how to do their jobs. There is no apology either. Just totally disregard. Avoid!

The admin working at I-med are some of the most incompetent people I have ever come across. I was left totally gobsmacked at their complacent attitudes after causing me considerable, and totally unnecessary, grief. So much so I took my referral elsewhere and will not be back. A serious look needs to be taken at how they treat their customers.
