AVOID !!
My experience with Masters Tax ( TAXATION MASTERS ) for the 2014-2015 EOFY was extremely unpleasant. I waited for my Tax return to arrive, when it was coming to a due date given to me by Masters I range them and was given fluffy BS answers and told to ring back, diverted hung up on etc, 5 days back and forth of BS and lies about how the ATO was taking too long, I eventually found out that the reason it was taking so long was that my name was spelt incorrectly on the submission made from Masters. Mistakes happen, but Lies and BS dont just happen!!!! Took my complaint to the owner Gladis who really didnt care, no solutions offered, nothing, she was even rude, she was far too comfortable upsetting people.
You cant even justify the terrible attitude and lack of integrity with a price, as the fee of $130 is no different to any other Tax agent. Certainly no value in their service only headaches.
If you use them, then get anything they tell you, in writing!!!!!

Worst place I have ever been to! They are so unprofessional ! Lie so much it's a joke! They are not capable of getting anything done, and are rude to the point where I have got my lawyer involved, which has been a night mare for her as well!
They need better management and I would NOT recommend them at all.
They don't even return your tax refund, it gets put into their account and then they lie to say they haven't received it.
I caught them out, because I got so fed up waiting, I called the ATO and they told me that the cheque had been sent to Master Tax 3 months ago.
Please save yourself the headache and don't go there. They are impossible to deal with !!!!

Oh my god...what a surprise, my issue is exactly like below!
I have never experienced more incompetent staff, lack of service, and just plain rude people to do business with. I have been calling weekly to find where my tax refund is and am constantly getting lied to saying "Oh it will be in your account by Friday", this lie has been told to me multiple times. I submitted my tax on the 2nd of July, and it is now the 1st October, still no phone call or any Tax refund in sight... I will never go back to Master Tax Warrawong. I called up over a month ago and ended up having an argument with one of the admin ladies there, i cant believe the way i was spoken to. I then made a formal complaint by email, still no response, they clearly do not care at all about their clients. The place needs an overhaul on staff and training on organisational skills, time management and definitely training on customer service. Worst place to do business, HIGHLY do NOT recommend using them for anything.

I agree with the review below. This is the 3rd financial year that I have been to Mastertax. They are always running many hours behind schedule, they always take over 6 weeks to put the return in my account and they even called me to tell me to pick up my notice of assessment although I don't live in the Gong (which they know). Then this year they more than doubled the fee without any warning. Terrible customer service and completely incompetent at managing their affairs.

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have been ignored and lied to for 3 months ... And STILL don't have my return. I'm now in process of getting legal advice. If you use this practice good luck getting a return phone call, a return email... And especially good luck getting your money. Will never use again
