Plush

Purchased two lounge chairs in October 2021. Arrived with wrong colour legs in May 2022. Have been trying to have the legs replaced by the correct colour legs (there are only two colours) since May 2022 (six months). We received 4 of the 8 legs within one month. However, despite numerous phone calls (probably about 15) we are still waiting on the other 4 legs. We finally heard that they have been ordered and will arrive in 6-8 week.

When we ring we either get disconnected or put on hold for extended periods. The while experience has been extremely frustrating. We will never shop at Plush again
