Simply HORRIBLE! Do not trust these people. I left them my Frederique Constant watch to service. When it came back the original saffire glass worth 200$ had been replaced with a cheap plastic one. When I suggested it was not the original they claimed it was and refused to compensate. The watch worked for 2 days! Felt robbed and humiliated... To avoid at all cost!
