I have not had a great experience with this company - installation of ducting and repair work carried out 2 years ago was substandard and have cause damage to our roof and walls. When these issues became apparent (almost immediately but unfortunately incorrectly attributed to our clothes dryer installed just below the unit in our roof) they refused to call me to discuss and their email response was too bad so sad (via email!).

How do these business survive on such poor customer service?

Anyway - suggest you steer clear of this company if you want to feel assured any issues will be resolved and go on word of mouth recommendations - maybe a smaller company may be more responsive - don't assume you get better service from these larger companies??

The worst experience ever! They sold us gas heating unit ($6.500), gave us "warranty card" with the wrong number. When ducted heating stopped working (still on warranty), we firstly tried to contact number on "warranty card", which doesn't work at all, then called to Peninsula Air Conditioning. The lady told us that we have to pay to fix it because they have no responsibility to fix it. Yes, the gas heating, that can blow up the whole house!!! So, one phone doesn't work, another doesn't want to fix it! We call to fair trading, who told us that by Australian law, the seller must provide us with service if the service company fail to make it and suggest us to lodge a complaint. We decided to try one more time and speak again with the manager. The manager was really rude, didn't know when and who will fix it, told us they can't fix it and spoke so soft voice that I barely hear him.
So, guys, save your time and money and find another company. Gas heating - the last thing you want to mess up!

Peninsula air conditioning team of professional and happy to assist staff up dated our old ducted system over 12 months ago. We have been very comfortable through out summer and winter ever since. :-) The after service has been fantastic we highly recommend them from the initial meeting to our on going maintenance.

I have been using Pennisula Air Conditioning for 14 years. My recent need for them was after my 14 year old split a/c unit finally died and needed to be replaced. They have done a great job and everything was neat, tidy and clean. They have also installed SkyFi on my ducted system which is fantastic.
