Terrible experience buying from this company. Poor communication, overpriced products, lying after lying. A month since I lost my $2000 to this miserable company. My bank is trying to get them back. This company should be closed down.

This business does not communicate after receiving website orders and immediate EFT payments. Even if their website says they have the item in stock, they may not ship it and you will lose your money too. It has happened to me.

The warehouse is within the same state as the delivery address I provided. I ordered 1 small item for $20 and the shipping for it cost $20. I decided to purchase even with this inflated cost as I assumed that meant the product would arrive promptly. 9 days after purchase that product still had not been sent. After contacting their customer service. They said it would be dispatched the next day. It was not. I own a catering business and have ordered from all over Australia, purchasing much bigger packages and none of them have cost as much or taken as long.
