JB Hi-Fi

We love JB Hi-Fi generally, but their Watergardens store is the best. We get all of our X-Box and PC Games here, and also get a lot of DVDs here too. It isn't just the great price and great quality that keeps us coming back either. The customer service is the best. The knowledge of all of the staff members is outstanding, and their dedication to helping to make it a fun experience is amazing. Even when we don't want to buy anything, we like to just hang out here and have a look at everything. It's just awesome.

Avoid the rent to buy scam...they dont fix a lot of stuff you pay a fortune and then they still want a fortune to buy the item..s#$t bags like Trev the IT sales man push this junk cause they get a commission on it..buy someplace else

Dodgy and sneaky. Sold used laptop as new and unused. Had laptop on layby to hide away as Xmas gift (First mistake, definately don't layby there). Should have realized when I went to pick up the assistant mentioned the seal was broken because he was checking to make sure the correct laptop was in the box. Of course they deny that now. I did think that strange and in hindsight should have insisted on a replacement then and there, but the laptop worked initially. It did seem to run very hot though. Overall used for about seven months before it would not go on at all. I missplaced my invoice and tried to locate for a month before ringing the store. I was told that I needed the invoice. I explained that I could not find the layby invoice but had my credit card statement and the EFTPOS part of the initial receipt (which was virtually all of the amount). I was told that was not good enough, that I needed the invoice and receipts. I have since been informed by other sorces that isn't quite true and the documentation that I have got is enough to prove purchase from that store. I will now be pursuing the matter further. NO STARS, but had to put one to submit.

Watch out. They will sell you a dodgy item and then turn the blame around on you. Will definitely think twice before shopping there again!
