Was NOT kept updated in regards to delivery date of new car.

First salesman who took order and deposit rarely returned my emails sent to him or phone messages left for him to call me back.

Ordered new vehicle April 2022 and finally picked up new vehicle January 2024.

Delivery day picking up new car was ruined due to the sales staff not being professional or responsible in regards to following one simple polite instruction in regards to the delivery of the new vehicle.

We would NOT recommend Sydney City Toyota to our worst enemy.

I recently had my Toyota Kluger serviced at Sydney City Toyota. I spoke to a gentlemen about a recall for some oil lines that are suppose to leak or something. He then told me that there was a recall on my vehicle for something but they had no chance to check it out at this stage. But in saying that they had plenty of time to call me to try & get me to do an engine flush along with cleaning the injectors. They also went on to say that I needed new tyres, new windscreen wipers, & a number plate light. So they had plenty of time to check all these out & offer me more services that wasn't required than checking oil lines. 3,500KM later I was driving my car & when I pulled in my driveway smoke started comming out of the car & I looked underneath & seen oiling leaking really bad out from under the vehicle.

As I am a panel beater by trade I removed the 3 engine splash trays from underneath & put the bolts in the cup holder. I have a brother who is a mechanic who checked it out and said the oil cooler lines were leaking. I then towed it to Sydney City Toyota Monday 1st of February at 1pm & then got it back on Tuesday around 1pm.

Then as my wife drives the car Monday through Friday then I use it on weekends I noticed it leaking Oil again on Saturday 6th of February. I then drove it to Sydney City Toyota on Monday 8th of February & told them it was still leaking & they left bolts & Clips out of the splash tray.

They then had my car again for 2hrs & thirty minutes & told me that the mechanic forgot to tighten the bolts on the oil cooler lines. They then told me that I only supplied that many bolts for the splash tray.

They then replied to me saying that I could buy bolts from them for my splash tray after their mechanic thew the other ones away. I cannot believe that they are accusing me of not supplying all the bolts & clips after their STUPID MECHANIC CAN'T EVEN TIGHTEN an OIL COOLER PIPE
