Gsrage roof leaking issue

I work from home, running a small business in my garage space. Recently multiple leaks appeared on my garage roof. I needed quick fix because of my business running in that space. Contacted Priority One Plumbing for doing as assessment and quote for replacing the whole roof. I took three more quotes from different plumbers but everyone was expensive and found this company's price better than others. They offered warranty and compliance certificate also. My whole roof was replaced the next day after I approved the quote and no more leaks now as I am writing this review after two weeks.Had a good experience from them.

First time users will love it!

We used Priority One Plumbing for the first time after using various plumbing companies over many years and have always been disappointed by their seemingly lack of care and inexpensive. Plumber who came resolved our issues was as senior plumber. Right from the time he arrived he arrived was polite, courteous, respectful of us and gave long term solution for our blocked drain. Did not take unnecessary breaks and had strong work ethics. Plumber other than the blocked drain he explained companies other services too like gas service, roof and heater service and so on. All in one stop! If you want the best better use Priority One Plumbing.

Appalling service, DO NOT ENGAGE THEM! It was a horrible experience

I engaged this company to repair a leak on a pipe underneath my livingroom floor on 2 June.

They said they were going to send someone that same day.

They then called and said they couldn't make it and somebody would be here the next day by 7 am.

Next day the person shows up at almost 9 am. They said it was a misunderstanding when booking the jobs, which is fine.

They assessed the problem and said they would send somebody else to do the job: opening a hole in the concrete and repairing the leak.

Next day somebody was here to do that but they didn't find the leak, which was confirmed by the previous person to be in a specific location.

Yet another day passed and the first person arrived to re-confirm the location and tell the other one to keep digging.

By this time my living room was all dirty because the person doing the digging did not protect the area.

He didn't finish that day and had to come back the next to repair the leak.

Leak was repaired and they said they would send somebody to cleanup and pour concrete over the hole.

Somebody was sent, he was late, and after 5 minutes he says: I need to go, will be back.

Didn't come back.

Spent 1 week with a hole in my living room and a pile of dirt.

I called them asking why this happened, the person on the phone: Victor, apparently the owner, was very rude to me, dismissing me and responding with: "next Monday or Tuesday" to any question I asked like: why did this person leave? why is it taking so long? Always the same response: "next Monday or Tuesday".

A week later they send somebody to finish the job and he says he was told only to clean up the dirt, but not do the concreting.

I called them to find out what was going on and they said that they don't do concreting, they would have to engage a third party to do that.

I was very angry by now and they were asking for full payment of the invoice at this point.

They also did some damage to my wall during the investigation and I was assured they would repair that.

When asked to do that, they sent a third party to do the job and this person said that he was told only to repair a small indentation on the wall, not the hole that they opened in the other wall.

It was 22 June by now and that is when I reluctantly paid the whole invoice.

After calls and messages, the painter was told to also repair the big hole in the wall.

We ended up doing the re concreting ourselves.

Today 11 July I receive an email and a text message asking for payment of the invoice!

Even after I received a confirmation of full payment on 22 June!

This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

This company is a joke!

Honest service as always!!

I can't say enough about what type of service I have received from Thomas. He previously came to my house to replace my hot water unit and did a great job.

I am now having to replace pipes and had two similar quotes and asked if Thomas could look at matching it. He called me and let me know that the other quote had a great system at an attractive price and I should take up their quote.

Now, that is honesty ! So many untrustworthy are tradies are around, but Steve is not one of them. Fantastic service, recommended to all.

Terrible customer service and timeliness

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would.



I called them to get a plumber to come out and give a quote on Monday 25 Nov 2019. They said they'd come out in a window of time: 11am-1pm. At 2pm, the plumber hadn't arrived so I called them. They said they were running late and they'd be out by 3pm/3.30pm, so I could do my chores first if I wanted. I went out, came back, and at 4pm I called them again. They then told me that the plumber wouldn't be able to come out at all that day and we had to reschedule for Wednesday 2-4pm.



When the plumber arrived on Wednesday, he told us something different to what other plumbers quoted and said we required a special type of tempering valve, one that would be more expensive to replace. He then asked us to pay the 20% deposit for the service and he'd book it in for the following day - we arranged to get the valve replaced on Thursday afternoon. (The deposit was $53 more than the call out fee.)



That night, at 9.50pm, I get a text from the company (riddled with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors) saying they'll need to reschedule Thursday. After some back and forth, they agree to keep the original booking on Thursday 2-4pm. When Thursday rolls around, an hour before the job, they said they were running behind and they had to reschedule. By this stage I'd had enough of being harassed so I asked for a refund and cancellation of their completely unprofessional services. They told me they'd send me a refund form - they told me this three times on Thursday. On Friday, they sent me an email to refuse me a refund.



DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!

Professional Approach

Absolutely great service, plumber came out within the hour and fixed a leaking toilet and dripping pipe. Excellent pricing too. Will definitely use again in the future.

Helped in fixing roof

Have no faults to say. All time best plumbers. I have used them for 4years and have no complaints to say. Last time I called them to fix my terracotta tiles and they fixed it well. I recommended them to my cousin. Even they liked their service. Reasonable price. Very happy and will definitely use them again.

Could not ask for better !

We had Shane and Peter to come out to our house to inspect a blocked drain. They informed me each time prior to using any equipment and gave me a quote for the services. They were very efficient and knowledgeable and also took time to explain what had happened and provided us with preventive advice. Very happy with their service and will highly recommend Priority One Plumbing Team.

Qualified Plumbers and Professional Work

Awsome Customer Service!

I can highly recommend the services of Priority One PlumbingPlumber arrived at very short notice and did a very professional work.He also helped me to do some additional jobs too.He did not charge much and gave me the basic price.We will be using Priority One Plumbing again.
