Thomas clipped my dog with a perfectly satisfactory result but my dog was very scared when she emerged from his yard. She is a very submissive, gentle dog. This time round I asked Thomas if I could see the place where he clips the dogs - he always comes out the front to collect them so you can't see the work area or where they are kept. I wanted to reassure myself that my dog had nothing to fear. At this request his manner changed from very charming and friendly to upset and defensive. Out of the blue he suggested I take my dog elsewhere (not feasible at short notice) and refused to let me see the work area. I explained that my dog gets terrified and it makes me worry and I would worry less if I could picture where she is groomed. He said that he loves dogs and had been doing this for years and it was about trust. Having previously felt OK about Thomas, I am now wondering what does he have to hide? If he loves dogs, why was my request so offensive to him? I won't be going back.

You definitely get what you pay for and this cheap option for a groomer comes with plenty of disadvantages. Not only that there are not EFPOS facilities, that you can live with but to drop your beautiful dog to be groomed only to pick him up looking like a poor version of itself is extremely disappointing. I provided very clear instruction regarding what we need: don't cut too much hair as my dog is old and his fur is thinning, leave it long at the top and only cut the ending of the ears. In other words, a trim for a poodle. Mr. Kim should not do anything but simple cuts. When I called him to complain about the disastrous haircut, Mr Kim, perhaps knowing the terrible job he has done, told me not to pay. And then he said my dog, who is famous for his docile nature, had tried to bite him. Perhaps Simon knew the terrible job Mr Kim was doing on him. If you need your dog nicely groomed, this is NOT the place for you

Thomas has been Grooming my mum;s and my dogs for over 8 years. He provides a 1st class service and more importantly, dogs seem to love him. It takes me 1.5 hours return trip to take my dog to Thomas and it's more than worth the trip as my little man always looks happy to see him and looks fantastic when i pick him up.

Thomas does an amazing job with our schoodle... Shes squirmy and fussy, yet Thomas manages to do a fantastic job and our puppy is happy as a clam when we pick her up! Thomas is great at what he does, he is reasonably priced and can usually squeeze us in at short notice. We wont go to anyone else.

Thomas is kind and gentle, he treats owners and animals with respect and Integrity. He also allows for special circumstances, when our little friends dont cope well with haircuts. He gives love, an artistic flair and kindness in every transaction. Thank you!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
