LS Hair Elementz & Beauty

I would disagree with Sarah B and would question is she had been to the salon. I have been a client of LS Hair Elementz for over 4 years. I have always been impressed by the service and state of the salon. The staff are friendly and professional and the salon is modern and clean I have never seen bleach or dye on benches.

Wow this place couldnt get any more unprofessional, dirty and cluttered if they tried. Sat down on the couch at the front to wait my turn and there is hair all over the cushions and couch....gross!! Floor, equipment, benches etc covered in bleach/dye stains. Clumps of hair in corners and hair on everything. Holes/patches in walls. Staff talk crap amongst themselves and even gossiped to me about their boss, other staff and clients!!!!!! Hmm that makes me feel really comfortable...NOT!! Not to mention that my hair looks terrible, after all thats what they are there to do. I went back to get the colour fixed and its still crap. will never go again.
