Toll is good, but the website is 6 years out of date, they have moved and have a different phone number now. They have a big sign outside which is hidden behind a palm tree, so altogether good luck finding the place. If you know the new street number it won't help much either, because very few businesses along Flores Rd bother to put their numbers out, eg painted on the kerb. Lots of people driving slowly up and down, looking for something? Oh, and to send anything with Toll, you have to have an account with them. But that's company policy, not a local Geraldton issue. However, once you have found them they really are very good, the guy there was extremely helpful, truly. Now I know where they are, I expect they'll move? Five stars, minus one for being hidden, with the weird website. The main thing is, they took great care of the big box with the piano in it! It wasn't easy but they did it well.
