Company responded super fast to the quote and upsold us lights throughout the house and a gas fitting, despite us requesting an air con quote. Sold it to us by saying it could all be done at once, and took a deposit on the day of 2k.



From there it went totally downhill. They:

- Took almost a month to book us in

- Rescheduled once (understandable) then tried to do so again midway through a day when we were at work

- Eventually turned up after we took a second day off work - well the air con guys did. No electrician or plumber. Electrician turned up at 4pm and couldnt do the lights as he had "another job". Plumber hadnt been booked despite us emailing about the part we wanted several times over!!!!!

- NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE OFFICE in all this. Not a single call, not a single apology. I had to call 5 times to find out the work had never ever been planned to be done.

- They sent an email pretty quick at 6pm that night wanting more money, without a single apology.



Do not use this company. No intention to deliver to us but quick to take your money. Now we are out 2 days of work, and need to take more time off plus pay additional call outs thanks to these scammers.

Lack of customer service, management and supervision. No one wants to deal, when the situation wont go towards money in their bank. need more professionalism and training

Charge me $179.00 call out fee , Came to my house wanted to charge me $5500 thousand for a new a/c ??? fixed myself for $80.00 for new float valve.

They refused to fix only wanted to sell new unit.

Had an issue with my hot water pressure, called Ritz and there were at my house within an hour. Jordan fixed the problem in a flash.

I gave these guys a call on a Friday arvo for an urgent call out…. they came to my house and fixed my flooded laundry in 3 hours. My husband was at work and wasn’t able to leave. The Ritz boys were lifesavers!

Called O'brien out to have a look at my leaking taps and to replace my toilet, the guys that came out were very friendly and explained everything i needed to know, i was very pleased with the work and the price, i will definitely be calling them again!
