Buyer Beware. I used trailerparts australia to build a custom tip trailer to start my business with agreed 2-3 week time frame. At pick up they didnt give me the courtesy to advise it wasnt ready, let alone wasnt started, upon entrance I had to remind them who I was (each time). I went back a week later and it still hadnt even been started, no parts ordered, I got suspicious and asked for a hand shake promise of delivery next week, stressing that I had taken leave to start my business and this leaves less time to get out and about. Again at the 5th week it hadnt been started and was promised a priority job would be placed and it'll be done within a week. At week 6 it had not even been started, I knew then that I was in trouble, they had my money and when asked for it back they said "there's no chance of that as we've now bought the parts", after I explicity said not to if they couldnt finish it by week 6 as my leave was over and I couldnt do the work I had clients already set up for. They had $7800 (50%) deposit. I received a email following several phone calls offering a refund over several weeks. To cut a long story short, I investigated further and found that they had been bankrupt and as they refused to show me the parts on request I used the bank to reverse my credit card payment portion on grounds of non receipt of goods (praise to the CBA) and kept on trying to get my $1000 back, this started in May and it was now August, I finally met the so called Boss when I went in early and he swore like a drunk at a pub at me, absolute garbage out of his mouth, he said he didnt care (censored wording) about my business or anything at all and he wasnt giving my money back as I had used the bank. In other words, they werent going to give it back, I had caught them. Look on the internet for polmac reviews (trailerparts austraila) and you will find other unfortunate people like me. I've kept all records. BUYER BEWARE. Reviews like this will cost you more than what you owe.
