ProfessioNAIL MARINA SQUARE

I have been here many times, they were acceptable but not great I used them because they were close to my home. After today I never will again. I arrived and there were only 2 other customers and 5 staff so it seemed like a good time. An hour an 45mins later I leave with the worst nails I have ever had! I was passed through all the staff as each new customer that came in was more important , after clear instructions of shape wanted they acedentally cut them too short and couldn't do the shape, they applied the sns colour which turned out covered in dots of a different colour making them look dirty and tried to tell me this was normal, they forgot to shape 2 nails while I was being passed between staff and my nails are so lumpy the look like I did a horrendous diy job at home. The solution when I brought up these problems was to say they would put shalac over it! I'm so frustrated over this I now need to go pay again for somewhere else to fix the absolute mess they have made and waste more of my time. I won't be back and would
