I’ve been purchasing from Excellent Jewellers since 2010. Love their customer service and good variety for my family

Been to the shop today..

Said gold price is $76 /gram.

Selected s pair of ear ring weighs 3.06g. Maxhine cut.

Hand written bill for $420

Asked why the price is so high?

They said 10 % gst $80 making charge

Worked out myself..

3.06×76 =232.56

Gst = 23.25(hand written bill with marking gst)

$ 80 for making charge (machine cut)

So total should be 232.56+ 23 25+80

= $335.81

Bill price$ 460.

Questioned why the difference....

A manger was called in..

Said it is the importing charge on gold...

I said thank you...

Walked out...

Nothing but cheating....

Fair change from person to person....
