ACE Shuttle Services

I will only give 1 star rating for turning up on time and getting bags out of the minibus.

I booked this company to go from The Oaks to Sydney airport for my family of 7.

This company rang the day before pick up to get us to leave half an hour earlier so they could pick up another couple in Camden and drop them off at domestic airport before we get dropped off at International airport. It would have better if I was told that others will be picked up when I booked not the day before as I would have cancelled and booked a private service with some else but it was too late so PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL PICK OTHERS UP (when I spoke to them about this their response was look up in the dictionary, shuttle means BUS service not private and you will need to pay more but $370 is enough to pay).

We were picked up first and my 89 and 84 yrs old elderly parents were told not to sit in the front as it was for people to be picked up in Camden. We are all younger and more able so we should sit further down the back and let the elderly have more room - this is just good manners???

It would have been nice to see the drivers assist my parents getting on and off the bus and make sure we all got on the minibus safely as my 84 yr old mother tripped up the step and hurt her leg (again when I spoke to this company about this I was told it is up to me to look after them - how sad it is to see common courtesy, respect and good manners gone especially to our elderly.

Coming home was no better with a different driver giving no assistance even though my father was in a wheelchair. Again I sat them both in the front seats only to get questioned by the driver why I took the booster seat away and yes I booked the booster seat for my granddaughter who can sit further down the back like us (I couldn't believe this happened again). Then he took us to Campbelltown in the opposite direction to The Oaks to drop

another family off without even telling us he was doing this - not good.

We went on numerous minibuses over in Fiji on day tours and airport transfers (different companies) who assisted us and made sure we got onto the minibus safely. It's sad and a shame we don't get the same service here.

I didn't get any satisfaction when I rang and complained to this company I had to hang up as Ace Shuttle Services got loud and rude and told me I wasn't listening to her (Norma) - very disappointing.

I would not use this service again and I would not recommend Ace Shuttle Service.
