Even though we didn't finalise the unit, the service was very high and the girls at the office very sympathetic to our situation.
We are looking for another place and will use them again. I am pretty confident that I will get the same first class service and can highly recommend them.

My husband and I bought a house in Berwick and we were recommended by the agent to Low Cost Conveyancing Services. From start till it finished we were suitably impressed with the level of service provided to us. We got emails from them which were clear and easy to understand. We were first home buyers so all of this 'Conveyancing' was a bit of mystery to us. Thank God they were there to help us through. Both Brad and myself were extremely happy and we cant recommend them enough.

I had to change a title with my brother and needed it done fast. I call low cost and told them what was happening and they were so nice and polite and told me they could help straight away. When i got home the paperwork was already on my computer!!! They then finished it a few days later and I was so grateful as it was urgent for my brother and me. Found Low Cost Conveyancing to be very rude at times. They don't provide your 'pre' final settlement letter with all the details of the adjustment costs until weeks after settlement. Low Cost quote a fixed price, and then charge you more by way of deducting it from your bank at settlement without advising you of any additional costs. They don't give you an invoice or breakdown of costs even when you request it several times.
My advice... DO NOT USE LOW COST CONVEYANCING FOR ANYTHING!

I have availed the services of Low Cost Conveyancing for the settlement of our house in tarneit.They are quite professional in their dealing as they advised us of the clauses in the contract that we should read and even managed to getus a bargain from the Seller.I would recommed them to anyone looking for professional solicitor services especially in western suburbs.
